1a. Dekanawidah and Five Nations confederate lords are the ones who plant the Tree of the Great Peace.
2a. He is speaking to Adodarhoh, whom is the chief confederate lord of the Onondaga.
3a. The Onondaga lords show their gratitude to their cousin lords of the other tribes, by offering thanks to the Earth where the men dwell, to all the lakes, streams, pools, to the corn and fruits, and medical trees and herbs. And thank the forest trees and their usefulness, and to the animals for their food sources, and all the other objects that make them such a strong tribe. The offering. Saying that everyone shall be respected equally no matter what, a tribe is a tribe, nobody is left behind.
4a. The tribe brings forth how fortunate they are to have nature on their side. No matter what the item or object might be, either water, nature, or animals, they respect it in every way possible.
5a. I agree with what roll a lord should take if he would want to be a true leader to the tribe. When it says that he should respect everyone and not just himself, that's taking into consideration that he must treat everyone equally. Not one person is left behind, and that the thickness of your skin shall be seven spans -- which is to say that you shall be proof against anger, offensive actions and criticism.
1b. To show respect for his fellow companions and leaders of different tribes. And to bring peace to his tribe himself, and for the respect of nature around him. Due to the fact that everything around them was respected and honored by them, anyone who was able to withstand all the skills necessary, they could be able to take the stand and maybe someday become the leader of a tribe.
2b. No they aren't really related, but he sees them as cousins because they are natives as well. Their tribes are equal to one another in Dekanawidah's eyes, and wants only peace and love between all the tribes.
3b. A leader should have full respect for the entire tribe, and honor his commitments and take care of everyone around him and not just himself. He should be able to handle anything thrown at him, and respect the land and nature. The leader shall also have NO self-interest whatsoever, but still show honor in some way.
4b. They treat nature as if it were their own family member. They bring trees peace, pray to them, and say thanks to them for their usefulness in canoes, housing, weapons, and other objects.
